Job Description: Machine Operator: Delavan, WI

Our customer in Delevan, Wisconsin is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Machine Operators to work full-time on 2nd shift. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and adjusting machinery, ensuring quality and precision in production, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities of the Machine Operator:

1. Receive work assignments; drawings, sequence of operations, and machine requirements such as feeds, speeds, dimensions, and tolerances.
2. Adjust and operate machines to perform progressive machining operations.
3. Select and prepare correct parts and load into machine.
4. Operate machines by manipulating levers, hand wheels, engaging power, adjusting coolant flow, observing operations, checking dimensions, and making adjustments as necessary.
5. Remove burrs from parts and chips from machines after operation.

Requirements and Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or GED required.
2. 5 years of machine operator experience in a manufacturing environment required.
3. Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
4. Perform basic math calculations.
5. Ability to work at established levels of production.
6. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs safely.
7. Regularly required to sit, stand, stoop, crouch, and kneel.
8. Comply with all company, safety, and quality policies and procedures.

Pay and Benefits:

• Pay: $17-25/hour.
• Benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, 401k with company match, paid weekly, direct deposit, and paid training.

Schedule:

2nd Shift, Full-time, Monday – Thursday or Tuesday - Friday from 3:00PM – 1:00AM.
