Spectrum Orthotics and Prosthetics in Redding, CA is seeking an Operations & Manufacturing Support Specialist to assist with inventory coordination, production workflow, and device movement through the clinic and fabrication process.

The role emphasizes detail orientation and a hands-on approach to learning prosthetic and orthotic operations, with growth opportunities into advanced fabrication and fitting support over time.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support the flow of prosthetic and orthotic devices through our system.
• Update device statuses and internal notifications accurately and in a timely manner.
• Learn and manage the shoe processing workflow.
• Assist fabrication staff with basic tasks and prepare materials for fabrication.
• Coordinate outgoing shipments and material transfers as needed.
