The Operations & Manufacturing Support Specialist supports the daily workflow of Spectrum Orthotics and Prosthetics of Redding through inventory coordination, manufacturing support, logistics, and production workflow management. This role assists with the movement of devices and materials through the clinic and fabrication process while helping maintain accurate status updates, inventory organization, and timely delivery preparation.\

This position is designed for someone who is detail-oriented, mechanically minded, and interested in learning prosthetic and orthotic operations. The role offers opportunities for growth into advanced fabrication and fitting support responsibilities over time.\

• Check in orthopedic shoes and related products\
\
• Fit foot orthotics into shoes according to company procedures\

• Verify product accuracy and completion before delivery\

• Maintain organization and status tracking throughout the process\

Manufacturing & Fabrication Support\

• Learn prosthetic and orthotic fabrication processes with an emphasis on prosthetics\

• Assist fabrication staff with basic tasks\
\
• Prepare materials, components, and work areas for fabrication\

• Support quality control and finishing processes\
\
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe production spaces\
\
• Receive, unpack, and verify incoming shipments\
\
• Check inventory into internal systems accurately\

• Assist with stock-and-bill processes\
