Yancey Bros. Co. is seeking a Fabrication Supervisor to lead the Welding Team and oversee final assembly, electrical work, and shipping readiness.

The role involves supervision of on-site and contract personnel, collaboration with production, project management, and quality teams to improve customer satisfaction and profitability. The ideal candidate brings leadership experience, a sense of urgency, and a commitment to superior customer service, with strong communication and problem-solving

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 10+ years of welding experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus - read, write, and speak Spanish.
• Leadership and team development experience.
• Strong accountability and initiative.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of the manufacturing business.
• Experience managing analytically rigorous corporate initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Welding Team and supervise on-site and contract members.
• Oversee final assembly, electrical work and shipping readiness.
• Ensure safety, quality and documentation.
• Record issues and corrective actions.
• Dispositions with Material Review board and quality teams.
• Perform minor mechanical and electrical repairs as needed.
• Align parts and systems to meet manufacturer specifications.
• Report vehicle condition and readiness.
