Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years welding experience.
• Able to read welding symbols and understand structural drawings.
• Able to pass a tape measure test.
• Able to pass unlimited thickness groove plate test with FCAW in multiple positions.

Responsibilities

• Interpret welding symbols and select proper welding material.
• Locate pieces approved by Quality Control for welding and gather equipment.
• Weld fabrications per drawings and QA/QC standards.
• Maintain safety and OSHA compliance; overtime may be required.
