Qualifications

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, for tracking data and inventory.
• Ability to handle requests in various formats and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to switch between administrative tasks and floor coordination while maintaining attention to detail.
• Confident in making phone calls to clarify technical orders and coordinating across multiple departments.
• Ability to look at historical data to predict inventory needs and troubleshoot logistical mishaps.
• Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the completion of material requests and ensure orders are fulfilled.
• Receive IRTs from various sources and ensure their proper handling and tracking.
• Compile lists for inventory control and manage orders with purchasing.
• Track fabricated jobs and coordinate with trucking for deliveries.
• Ensure safety forms are signed daily by the shop.
