Job summary

Schwarze Industries, a member of Alamo Group, seeks a Maintenance Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance across multiple facilities on the Huntsville campus. You will oversee fabrication equipment, assembly lines, and facility infrastructure to ensure safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years’ experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for fabrication equipment including laser cutters, press brakes, forklifts, and other production machinery.
• Lead and manage the maintenance team to ensure timely response to equipment breakdowns and facility repair needs.
• Coordinate and supervise repairs and maintenance of all campus facilities, including fabrication shops, assembly lines, offices, restrooms, and common areas.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, logs, and inspections.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Safety teams to minimize downtime and support continuous improvement.
