Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company LLC in Cranberry Township, PA, is seeking a Manager of the Fabrication Follow Engineering group within the Reactor Component Engineering department. The role leads engineering teams, guides procurement documentation through WPRO, and ensures technical compliance across the PO lifecycle.

You will report to the Director of Reactor Component Engineering and work on a hybrid schedule, onsite two days per week, supporting the global headquarters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience in nuclear industry.
• Leadership competency and experience.
• Knowledge of engineering principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate approval of procurement documents through Engineering.
• Be primary contact across internal engineers, supply chain, and management.
• Field high-level technical questions on design and fabrication topics.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams and adjust priorities to program goals.
• Mentor team members to improve capability and proficiency.
• Provide escalation support to engineering leadership for issue resolution.
