Qualifications
- Design and model unfoldings, with precise bend allowances and flat layouts.
- Create fabrication drawings meeting strict dimensional specs.
- Develop manufacturing process routings and BOMs.
Responsibilities
- Unfold 3D models, calculate bend allowances, generate flat layouts.
- Draft fabrication and engineering drawings to specs.
- Program CNC turret presses, lasers, and press brakes for yield.
- Develop and document manufacturing routings and BOMs.
- Estimate material, labor hours, and prepare bids.
