Job summary

Malones CNC is seeking a Fabrication Engineer to support and improve manufacturing processes for sheet metal fabrication, forming, machining, and assembly. The role requires hands-on expertise in material behavior, tooling design, CNC programming, and forming techniques to resolve production challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent with 5+ years in sheet metal fabrication preferred.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of complex formed components and processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, improve, and maintain manufacturing processes for fabricated sheet metal components.
• Provide technical support to fabrication, forming, machining, and assembly operations.
• Review drawings and customer requirements for manufacturability.
• Analyze production processes and implement quality and efficiency improvements.
• Support new product introduction and production launches.
