Job summary

Integrated Talent Strategies seeks a Copper EHRT Operator for the East Columbus, Ohio area. This is a full-time, contract-to-direct hire position on 2nd shift, requiring 3–5 years of machinist or fabrication experience with copper bus bars preferred.

You will operate multi-station punch machines, read drawings, and edit Fanuc/G-code programs, while maintaining quality and safety standards in a busy shop.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of machinist or general fabrication experience.
• Experience in precision metal product manufacturing; copper bus bar experience preferred.
• Read and interpret prints, drawings, and specifications accurately.
• Create and edit programs using Fanuc, G code, etc.
• Basic computer skills.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of machinist or general fabrication experience.
• Experience in precision metal product manufacturing;
• copper bus bar experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Skills Operate multi-station punch machines for copper bars.

• Perform deburring, drilling, and tapping of materials.
• Conduct material inspection procedures.
• Use handheld inspection equipment like calipers and micrometers.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and company policies.
• Basic computer skills.
