Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• 1–2 years of manufacturing experience, required.
• Able to use power tools.
• Able to read tape measure.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Able to read blueprints.
• Able to troubleshoot and problem solve.
• Must be highly motivated.
• Able to communicate and work well with others.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Measure, compare and perform shop calculations to ensure conformance with specs using shop tools.
• Material fit ups and layouts with steel.
• Position and secure workpieces with hand tools and forklifts.
• Inspect products/equipment for defects/malfunctions.
• Sanding/grinding and breaking out steel.
