Klöckner & Co SE in Dallas, TX is seeking a Fabrication Account Manager to act as the primary contact for assigned accounts and to oversee Outside Processing from award through completion. You will coordinate customer relationships, order management, forecasting, scheduling, and supply chain activities to meet schedules and quality standards.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5–7 years of experience

Qualifications

• Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; analyzes information; develops alternatives
• Speaks clearly and persuasively; listens and clarifies; communicates effectively with stakeholders
• Prioritizes and plans work activities; uses time efficiently; sets goals
• Maintains pricing verification and updates; ensures BOM integrity

Responsibilities

• Process timely and accurate Purchase Orders
• Monitor BOM integrity and inventory accuracy
• Maintain pricing verification and updates
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Develop knowledge of end-user applications for accounts
• Manage aged inventory and monthly reports
• Communicate progress of initiatives to stakeholders
• Advise management on challenging customer requests and issues
• Ensure efficient and economical performance relative to profit goals
• Perform other duties as assigned
