Kloeckner Metals - Americas is seeking a Fabrication Account Manager in Dallas to serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts and manage Outside Processing (OOP) from project award to completion. You will oversee customer relationships, order management, forecasting, scheduling, inventory and supply chain coordination, quality, and service to drive the company’s vision and standards.

You will plan and implement processes to ensure on-time material delivery from supplier to customer,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and order-processing systems.

Responsibilities

• Process timely and accurate Purchase Orders per customer needs.
• Monitor BOM integrity and manage inventory accuracy.
• Maintain pricing verification and updates.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Develop knowledge of end-user applications for assigned accounts.
• Prepare monthly account status reports.
• Coordinate supplier schedules and on-time material delivery.
