Job summary

VALDESE WEAVERS LLC is seeking an hourly, non-exempt Cut Yardage worker in Valdese, NC. Responsibilities include pulling fabric for cut orders, loading tables, and unloading containers, with emphasis on labeling, inventory control, and safe, efficient operations.

Ideal candidates will have basic reading, writing, and math skills, strong communication, and mechanical aptitude. Adherence to ISO 9001 work instructions and daily 5S tasks is required.

Responsibilities

• Pull fabric for cut and import orders.
• Load cut tables.
• Prepare fabric for shipments.
• Properly label fabric with tickets.
• Pull imports for finishing runs.
• Return fabric to storage locations.
• Unload containers.
• Maintain clean work area and 5S standards.
• Report injuries and safety hazards to supervisor.
