Job summary

Staffmark is hiring a Production Operator in Blue Ash, OH, offering a pay rate of $17.50 per hour. The role runs Monday through Thursday from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM and focuses on keeping machines stocked, products moving, and the floor safe.

The position is part of a fast-paced manufacturing team dedicated to quality and safety. In this role you will monitor the Flex machine, sample and inspect products, and follow established work instructions to support daily operations and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.
• Ability to work safely in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products and operating production equipment.
• Inspect finished goods, package materials, maintain production standards, and follow work instructions.
• Help keep production areas clean, monitor product quality, and meet production goals.
• Contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
