Staffmark Group in Troy, OH is seeking a Coater Operator to operate and adjust coating machinery on a rotating 12-hour night shift. The role offers hands-on work with advanced coating equipment, preventive maintenance, and contribution to a high-quality production process.

• Individuals who demonstrate mechanical ability, reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to quality are well positioned for success as a Coater Operator.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the 12-hour shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
