Qualifications

• Must have at least an associate’s degree related to semiconductor manufacturing or 2+ years technical experience in semiconductor manufacturing, process tool install, equipment maintenance or military technical experience.
• Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture or another related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint reading and interpreting architectural/engineering drawings.
• Perform precise measurements and calculations to ensure accuracy.
• Operate and handle a wide range of tools and machinery safely.
• Select materials and resources based on properties and standards.
• Identify and solve on-site challenges to keep projects on track.
• Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to meet requirements and deadlines.
• Apply lean principles to ensure safe, efficient commissioning operations.
• Promote and uphold a culture of safety across sites and planning stages.

Education

Associate’s Degree related to semiconductor manufacturing
