Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. in Beaverton, Oregon, is seeking a Tool Install Project Manager to lead planning and execution of advanced semiconductor equipment installations for factory expansion and capacity growth.

You will partner with engineering, manufacturing, facilities, and external contractors to deliver multimillion-dollar programs on safety, quality, cost, and schedule, ensuring operational readiness and successful handoffs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Lead semiconductor tool installation projects from concept through production handoff.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources across the full lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain integrated schedules, critical path analyses, and forecasts.
• Monitor project performance, spend, and risk to ensure successful delivery.
• Oversee installation of advanced semiconductor equipment and ensure cleanroom readiness.
• Coordinate installation sequencing and resource planning across multiple concurrent projects.
• Partner with construction, facilities, manufacturing, process and equipment engineering teams, and vendors.
• Lead contractor selection, bid evaluations, and contract execution.
• Champion a zero-incident safety culture and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Support factory startups, expansions, and technology conversions.
• Enable production continuity, ramp schedules, and capacity targets.
• Capture lessons learned and drive BKMs across sites.
