Job summary

Intel Foundry Construction and Sourcing seeks a Construction Tool Equipment Install Engineer to lead site-level tool installation activities at Hillsboro, Oregon. You will collaborate with factory owners, forecast equipment workloads, and ensure timely funding and PO alignment to meet program goals.

The role emphasizes safety, leadership, planning and cross-functional collaboration across multiple suppliers. On-site presence in Hillsboro is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in engineering/architecture or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in project/program management, construction or tool install.
• Preference for PMP, Lean or Six Sigma certification; semiconductor industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tool install activity with stakeholders to meet schedule and budget.
• Represent the FCS site in CTI and VF forums.
• Forecast equipment workload and funding with financial planning cycles.
• Ensure commitments/POs for tools/equipment/kits meet program goals.
