Micron Technology, Inc. in New York seeks a senior program manager to lead wafer fabrication initiatives, develop strategic programs, and drive KPI-based performance across the fab.

You will work with leadership to define scope, timelines, resources, and reporting solutions. Responsibilities include technology transfer, tool installation, cost reduction, and productivity improvements while communicating progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Materials Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a related occupation with program management responsibilities.
• Experience in wafer fabrication or electronics manufacturing is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage strategic wafer fabrication programs and KPI initiatives.
• Develop and implement program plans, timelines and resource requirements.
• Produce regular performance updates for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Create and maintain reporting solutions using Tableau, PowerBI and SQL.
• Coordinate technology transfer, tool installation and qualification, and cost-reduction efforts.
