Job summary

Google's Raxium display group in Silicon Valley seeks a Fab Process Engineering Lead to drive process engineering areas from R&D to manufacturing. You will set priorities, manage performance, and lead a team to achieve functional excellence in GaN-on-Si micro LEDs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in EE/physics/materials/chemistry or related field.
• 10 years of semiconductor process engineering in wafer fab manufacturing.
• 7 years of technical leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Own select process engineering areas and ensure smooth transitions to manufacturing.
• Drive wafer fab roadmap and KPIs through process innovation and tool installations.
• Lead problem solving to improve lithography and etch module stability.
• Act as technical liaison for fab operations ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Develop and mentor an engaged engineering team.
