Job summary

FormFactor, Inc. in Beaverton, Oregon, is seeking a Fab Metrology & Yield Engineer to define and improve metrology, inspection, and yield-monitoring capabilities in the fabrication facility.

As an individual contributor, you will own AOI bring-up, profilometry, and microscopy platforms, drive data-driven decisions, and partner with process engineers to reduce excursions and improve process control.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years with a Master’s; or a PhD with 3 years.
• Experience owning metrology, inspection, and yield-monitoring in a fab.
• Strong data analysis and DOE skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate metrology and inspection equipment in cleanroom environments.
• Lead AOI tool bring-up, recipe development, and production release.
• Own fab microscopy platforms for defect review and RCA.
• Support flying probe testing and ensure data accuracy.
• Develop SPC strategies and documentation.
• Analyze data to identify yield limiters and excursions.
