Job summary

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with process engineering, metrology, automation, and operations, plus training and documentation to support new AI-based processes and real-time data insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of related experience, or advanced degree without experience.
• Experience in AI/automation in MEMS/metrology is a plus.
• Strong data analysis and programming skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI-based algorithms and automated workflows for defect detection and classification within MEMS probe manufacturing.
• Collaborate with process engineering, metrology, automation, and operations to identify improvement opportunities and ensure alignment of AI-driven solutions.
• Lead qualifications, engineering builds, and process validation activities related to AI and automation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives targeting wafer quality, defectivity reduction, and First Pass Yield enhancement through increased automation and AI enablement.
