Job Description The Fab Metrology & Yield Engineer is an individual contributor responsible for defining, owning, and continuously improving metrology, inspection, and yield-monitoring capabilities within the fabrication facility. Reporting directly to the Fab Engineering Process Director, this role provides technical leadership in automated optical inspection (AOI) tool bring-up, production microscopy systems, flying probe test operations, and profilometry equipment.
The position partners closely with integration, yield and process engineering to ensure robust measurement capability, actionable defect and yield data, and disciplined problem-solving that drives yield improvement, excursion prevention, and production stability. They also partner with the equipment maintenance team to ensure proper maintenance procedures and schedules for the equipment owned by this role.

Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience| Required
Pay Range
$115,800.00 - $151,935.00
Pay Range Explained This role in Beaverton, Oregon pays between $115,800.00 and $151,935.00 per year, depending on your experience, skills, and background. Pay may vary in other locations. We offer a full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, a 401(k) with company match, employee stock purchase plan (ESPP), and paid time off. You’ll also be eligible for quarterly profit-sharing bonuses and flexible spending or savings accounts.
