Position Overview

Responsible for planning and executing daily manufacturing operations that line up with tactical line directions to achieve quality output goals.

Responsibilities

• Planning and executing daily manufacturing operations that line up with tactical line directions to achieve quality output goals.
• Working with Process Hazard Analysis team to provide potential by‑product Characterisations and participating in site Hazard and Operability Studies as needed.
• Driving process improvements that enable aggressive yield curves.
• Jointly developing BKMs with sister sites and ensuring processes are matched.
• Identifying product matching and process alignment issues during all phases of product life and driving for solutions.
• Identifying and reducing Chamber/Tool mismatches.
• Working with Purchasing and KMG, MRB to establish material specs and procurement.
• Supporting excursion follow‑up where required.
• Assisting customers with non‑standard product disposition.
• Participating in or leading meetings to reduce scraps and excursions.
• Verifying new recipes through buddy check procedures before releasing the recipes for production.
• Ensuring correct qualification strategies are in place on assigned workstation.
• Implementing TPM CIP’s and continuously improving FD strategies, SPC metrics, R2R, etc.
• Creating, maintaining, and utilising step‑level FMEA per the defined process.
• Utilising ECN and GCP processes to implement and document changes.
• Performing PDRs as assigned.
• Driving and supporting resolution of process‑related issues impacting MOR Availability, Efficiency and Utilisation.
• Supporting all FOAK tool releases and defining off‑load options where applicable.
• Identifying, evaluating, and implementing methods to extend life of consumables.
• Optimising processes to reduce cost of gases, chemicals and consumables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.

• Product quality escalation and troubleshooting.
• Process, equipment and material evaluation and optimisation, yield improvement and cost reduction activities.
