Job summary

SAIC seeks a FAA Surveillance/Radar Modernization Task Order Delivery Manager to lead a portfolio with responsibility for customer relationships, growth, cost, schedule, and performance.

This hybrid role requires at least two days onsite per week in Washington, DC, and will partner with SAIC operations, capture, and business development to drive successful delivery and future opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 15+ years related experience or Master's with 13+ years.
• Experience managing customer-facing programs and growth initiatives.
• PMP certification and familiarity with FAA operations required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day interface with the FAA; build trust-based relationships.
• Identify and shape new opportunities within the existing portfolio.
• Develop growth strategies, white papers, and technical concepts aligned with FAA goals.
• Coordinate staffing, LOE, and delivery approaches with operations and contracts.
• Prepare program status reports and executive communications for FAA stakeholders.
