Job summary

Parsons is seeking an Electronics Technician III to support the FAA under the TSSC-5 contract. You will perform installation, troubleshooting, testing, and preventive maintenance on NAS systems across the United States, as part of a multi-site field team.

The role requires a high school diploma, ability to travel up to 100%, and strict adherence to FAA safety standards and Parsons procedures. Expect hands-on work with RF/communications gear and standard electronic test equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Travel up to 100% within the USA.
• Basic electronics knowledge in analog/digital RF and comms.
• Ability to read schematics and technical docs.
• Experience with test equipment and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Install, relocate, and remove electronic systems per drawings and standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair to unit/board level using test equipment.
• Document maintenance logs and test results per FAA/Parsons procedures.
• Support site preparation and pre-install checks, and assist with testing and commissioning.
