Job summary

FLAG Solutions LLC in Torrance, CA, is seeking a Corporate Trainer to lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs across the organization, with FAA compliance as a core requirement. You will manage the LMS, coordinate with Environmental Health and Safety, Quality Assurance, and Engineering, and prepare departments for FAA and internal audits.

This role also includes onboarding and supervisor training to build a skilled workforce.

Qualifications

• Experience designing curricula and delivering instructor-led training to production and management.
• Experience administering an LMS and maintaining auditable training records.
• Knowledge of FAA-regulated manufacturing training requirements.
• Familiarity with Safety Management System and safety practices.
• Professional certifications such as CPTD, ATD Master Trainer, SHRM-CP/SCP, or PHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver, and maintain training curricula.
• Conduct job analyses and identify FAA-regulated training gaps.
• Develop FAA-compliant training programs and materials.
• Deliver workshops and on-the-job training for multiple roles.
• Ensure training documentation meets FAA and audit standards.
• Collaborate with management to measure training effectiveness.
• Track progress and coordinate with stakeholders on training needs.
