Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Program Manager focused on FAA compliance and airspace access. You will partner with program leadership, legal, and cross‑functional teams to drive regulatory approvals for test and evaluation campaigns.

The role requires deep FAA knowledge and experience navigating COAs, exemptions, and Part 107/91/135 operations, with DoD interactions and BVLOS considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Aerospace Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field.
• 5+ years of FAA regulatory compliance, certification, airworthiness or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of FAA regulatory frameworks (COAs, 44807 exemptions, Part 91/135/107).
• Experience engaging directly with FAA representatives and regulatory agencies.
• Ability to define and report process metrics to leadership.
• Familiarity with autonomous systems, UAS, and aviation tech.
• DoD/regulatory program experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain FAA compliance programs (Part 21, Part 91, Part 107, Part 135).
• Prepare and submit regulatory applications (COAs, exemptions, 44807).
• Own intake and tracking of airspace access requests across the company.
• Serve as liaison with FAA, DoD, and other regulators.
• Coordinate non-FAA approvals (RF/spectrum) for synchronized authorizations.
• Develop compliance strategies for BVLOS and large UAS.
