Valcourt is seeking an experienced drone technician to operate the Lucid Bots Sherpa Drone for exterior cleaning projects in Millstone Township, NJ. You will perform pre-flight inspections, follow FAA rules, and coordinate with site teams during high-rise exterior work.

Qualifications

FAA Part 107 certification required for commercial drone operation.
Experience operating drones for commercial applications.
Knowledge of drone operation laws and building safety standards.
Strong troubleshooting and equipment maintenance skills.
Excellent attention to detail and spatial awareness.
Ability to transport and set up drone equipment.
Basic understanding of facades, pressure washing, and water management.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for team and client interactions.

Responsibilities

Operate the Lucid Bots Sherpa Drone for cleaning on mid-rise to high-rise buildings.
Perform pre-flight and post-flight inspections of the drone.
Analyze building surfaces to develop cleaning strategies.
Maintain control of the drone to prevent damage and ensure safety.
Adhere to FAA regulations and safety protocols.
Prepare site work plans including risk assessments.
Ensure environmental compliance for runoff and water management.
Document processes with client reports and operational logs.
Report issues to management and participate in resolutions.
Coordinate with operations and site teams for access and schedules.
Communicate with clients during projects.
