Job summary

Valcourt Building Services is seeking a dedicated Drone Operator in Los Angeles to operate the Lucid Bots Sherpa Drone for pressure washing and window cleaning on mid-rise to high-rise buildings. Must hold FAA Part 107 and have prior commercial drone experience.

You will perform pre/post-flight inspections, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, coordinate with site teams, document work, and maintain equipment.

Qualifications

• Must have FAA Part 107 Certification.
• Experience operating drones for commercial applications.
• Ability to inspect drones and perform basic maintenance.
• Strong safety and regulatory knowledge for drone operations.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients and team.

Responsibilities

• Operate the drone for pressure washing and window cleaning on mid-rise to high-rise buildings.
• Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections for safety and performance.
• Develop cleaning strategies based on building surfaces.
• Ensure FAA compliance and observe line-of-sight rules.
• Document processes, photos, and client reports.
• Coordinate with site teams on access, water sources, and schedules.
