Job summary

Valcourt Building Services seeks a skilled Drone Operator to deploy the Lucid Bots Sherpa Drone for pressure washing and window cleaning on mid-rise to high-rise buildings. You will perform preflight inspections, develop cleaning strategies, and ensure safety and quality in every session.

Responsibilities include maintaining precise drone control, documenting client processes, and coordinating with site teams to manage access, water sources, and schedules while adhering to FAA and OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• FAA Part 107 certification is required for commercial drone work.
• Experience operating drones for commercial tasks, preferably in building maintenance.
• Knowledge of drone operation laws and building safety standards.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for drone equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate the drone for pressure washing and window cleaning on mid-rise to high-rise buildings.
• Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections for safety and performance.
• Analyze surfaces to plan effective cleaning strategies.
• Maintain control of the drone to prevent damage and ensure safety.
• Follow FAA regulations and OSHA safety protocols.
