Job summary

Aersale in Millington, Tennessee, is seeking an OJT Trainer to develop, conduct, document, and evaluate hands-on training for technicians at a CFR Part 145 repair station. You will ensure personnel are trained to FAA regulations, repair procedures, and quality standards while maintaining qualification records.

The role requires an FAA A&P certificate and a minimum of 5 years of heavy maintenance experience, with strong knowledge of CFR Parts 25, 43, 121, and 145.

Qualifications

• FAA A&P certificate required and 5+ years of heavy maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of CFR Parts 25, 43, 121, and 145.
• Ability to interpret maintenance manuals, technical data, and engineering documents.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct hands-on and classroom training for maintenance personnel.
• Train employees on FAA regulations, Repair Station procedures, quality requirements, and safety standards.
• Instruct personnel on maintenance documentation, work orders, logbook entries, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain training records and qualification documentation; support audits and continuous improvement.
