Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation in Fort Worth is seeking an RS Tech Skills Trainer A&P to train aviation maintenance technicians in a Part 145 environment. You will deliver classroom and hands‑on instruction, emphasize safety, and develop competency plans for mechanics and technicians.

The role requires a high school diploma, 5 years of maintenance and training experience, and an FAA A&P license. Travel up to 25% and shift: First are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5 years related maintenance experience and technical training required.
• A&P (FAA Airframe and Powerplant) license required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers classroom and practical aircraft technical training to employees at all locations as directed by management.
• Ensure aircraft safety standards are complied with and promote high levels of safety and quality.
• Assists in forming training plans and establishing goals in support of organizational objectives.
• Provide support to the local facility and ensure documentation adheres to OJT program guidelines.
• Instill personal accountability and integrity while assisting trainees.
• Provide direction to ensure understanding and safe handling of high‑risk tasks.
• Deliver remedial training and share aircraft systems knowledge and troubleshooting techniques.
• Monitor repair station trends to identify training priorities.
