FA Engineer
Supervisor: Test & FA Engineering Manager

Main functions
- Process Development: develop and improve testing and failure analysis process for defective goods requiring functional test in the Service Center; advise on testing capability for parts, modules, and assemblies.
- Education: educate system technicians on testing and FA process.
- Reporting: create functional part of failure reports and supply root‑cause analysis with QA MRB team; monitor quantity of tested parts and analyze failure rate; review KPI such as SNR (2nd Return) and NTF; advise improvement actions.
Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
- New Product Introduction: work with QA and PE teams to identify parts/modules requiring functional test and FA analysis; cooperate to set up test specifications and requirements.
- Quality: work with the Quality MRB group to process all RMA and MRB units according to internal and customer/vendor requirements for quantity, deadline, and value.
- Teamwork: cooperate with all departments in the Facility; act as a proactive team member; lead on testing and FA issues.
- Documentation: create test instructions, SOPs, and process documentation for parts/modules to be tested and analyzed in the Service Center; produce FA reports for RMA parts with the QA team.
Decision‑making authority
- Report any issues to the immediate supervisor.
Communication authority
- Communicate with the supervisor as required.
Job specification – Qualifications / Experience
- Word, Excel user.
- Relevant College or University degree.
- Special PC skills (e.g., CAD).
