RTX is seeking a Business Operations Manager to lead the strategic management of the F100 program budget. This onsite role in East Hartford, CT requires collaboration with engineering, contracts, and finance teams to ensure budget accuracy and effective resource planning.

You will manage EAPS and PPS budgets, forecast and analyze variances, and perform Earned Value Management to track performance. Strong communication and cross-functional leadership are essential for success in this complex

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with eight years of program and financial management experience.
• Advanced degree with five years of program and financial management experience.
• Experience with Earned Value Management is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage EAPS and PPS budgets for F100 production and coordinate with CIPTs for proper support.
• Forecast budgets, perform variance analysis, and communicate risks and opportunities based on financial trends.
