Job summary

North Star Group is seeking an experienced F&O Project Manager with a strong background in Dynamics 365 Administration and Agile leadership. You will lead Agile transformations, coach teams, and collaborate with product owners to deliver high quality software solutions.

Ideal candidates bring 10–15 years of project management experience in software, deep Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations knowledge, and excellent communication for cross-functional alignment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Functional.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a software development environment.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and frameworks.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Strong problem solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles and practices to enhance performance.
• Work closely with product owners to ensure a well defined backlog and prioritize tasks.
• Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team's progress.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and encourage experimentation with new approaches.
• Provide guidance on Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations applications to ensure Agile alignment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment on project goals.
• Monitor team performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.
• Facilitate communication between cross functional teams to ensure delivery.
