About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Project Manager with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (D365 FSCM) implementations. The ideal candidate should come from a consulting background and have a proven track record of managing large-scale ERP transformation programs, stakeholder management, delivery governance, and cross-functional teams.

The candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end D365 FSCM implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, quality, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects for Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM.
• Manage multiple project streams including Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Operations.
• Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and governance activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, functional consultants, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Define project scope, milestones, resource planning, budgets, and timelines.
• Conduct steering committee meetings, status reviews, and executive-level reporting.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, delivery standards, and best practices.
• Manage client expectations and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across business and IT teams.
• Identify project risks/issues and proactively drive mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with offshore/onshore teams and third-party vendors.
• Support pre-sales activities including solution discussions, estimations, proposal reviews, and project planning.
• Ensure successful user adoption, training, testing, and go-live support.
• Mentor junior project managers, consultants, and team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall IT/ERP experience with at least 5+ years managing D365 FSCM projects.
• Strong consulting background with experience working in global consulting or system integration organizations.
• Proven experience delivering multiple full-cycle D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management implementations.
• Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Operations modules.
• Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
• Strong experience in project governance, budgeting, forecasting, and resource management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are highly desirable.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or other project management tools.
• Exposure to integrations, data migration, testing strategies, and change management.
• Experience working across manufacturing, retail, logistics, or enterprise domains is a plus.
