Job summary

CNA National Warranty Corp (CNAN) seeks an F&I Trainer to elevate the finance and insurance capabilities of sales teams, agents, and dealership partners across our distribution network. This role emphasizes practical, hands-on training and compliance aligned with CNAN standards.

Based in the United States with flexibility for in-person and virtual sessions, the trainer will drive ACE program adoption, evaluate outcomes, and continuously improve training materials to enhance dealership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• At least two years of F&I sales experience in auto dealerships.
• At least three years in progressive sales training in vehicle service contract industry.
• At least two years of platform sales training experience.
• Strong knowledge of F&I principles, dealership operations, and regulations.
• Experience designing, delivering, and evaluating training with strong communication skills.
• Ability to plan one to two years ahead and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver practical F&I income development training through in-person, virtual, and web-based sessions.
• Develop and deliver ACE training, reinforcing training programs and materials.
• Support sales teams and agents in dealership assessment and training activities to grow F&I performance.
• Train teams on income development techniques and translate learning into dealership practices.
• Measure and report on training activities and analyze effectiveness.
• Ensure training aligns with regulations and CNAN compliance expectations.
• Represent CNAN at industry functions, in person or through other channels.
