Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company seeks an F&I Support Specialist to maintain the Rates and Residuals tool used by car dealerships to identify loan rates for consumers financing a vehicle. You will input data, interpret lender information, and keep lender records current.

You will troubleshoot issues, suggest product improvements to the development team, and proactively contact customers to improve utilization and satisfaction.

Position Description

As the F&I Support Specialist, you are responsible for maintaining the Rates and Residuals tool used by car dealerships to identify loan rates for consumers financing a vehicle. In this role, you will interpret information received from lenders, input rates data into the system and maintain up-to-date information for all lenders. You will work to troubleshoot and resolve Rates and Residuals issues for our customers by making product improvement suggestions to our development team. In addition, by proactively contacting customers, you will drive improvements in product utilization and ensure customer satisfaction.
