Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company seeks an F&I Support Specialist to maintain the Rates and Residuals tool used by car dealerships to identify loan rates for consumers financing a vehicle. You will input data, interpret lender information, and keep lender records current.

You will troubleshoot issues, suggest product improvements to the development team, and proactively contact customers to improve utilization and satisfaction.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Rates and Residuals tool used by car dealerships to identify loan rates for consumers financing a vehicle.
• Interpret information received from lenders and input rates data into the system.
• Maintain up-to-date information for all lenders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Rates and Residuals issues for customers and propose product improvements to the development team.
• Proactively contact customers to drive utilization and ensure customer satisfaction.
