Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking an F&I Support Specialist to maintain the Rates and Residuals tool used by car dealerships to identify loan rates for consumers financing a vehicle.

You will interpret lender information, input rates data, troubleshoot issues, and propose product improvements to the development team, while proactively coordinating with customers to boost utilization and satisfaction.

Job Description:

As the F&I Support Specialist, you are responsible for maintaining the Rates and Residuals tool used by car dealerships to identify loan rates for consumers financing a vehicle. In this role, you will interpret information received from lenders, input rates data into the system and maintain up-to-date information for all lenders. You will work to troubleshoot and resolve Rates and Residuals issues for our customers by making product improvement suggestions to our development team. In addition, by proactively contacting customers, you will drive improvements in product utilization and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
