Job summary

Ron Marhofer Auto Family seeks an experienced Finance & Insurance Manager to maximize dealership profitability and guest satisfaction through compliant F&I deals and strong team coaching. You will drive PVR performance, structure deals with lenders, and maintain video compliance across the process.

Required is a high school diploma and 2+ years’ F&I management in a high-volume, no-haggle environment. Strong lender relationships and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of F&I management experience in a high-volume dealership preferred.
• Experience in one-price/no-haggle environments is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of finance products, regulations, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive F&I PVR performance and hit targets.
• Coach sales team on F&I process in real time.
• Deliver vehicles with best-in-class F&I deliveries.
• Structure deals per lender and dealership guidelines.
• Maintain 100% video compliance across all deals.
• Rework declined deals with Sales to maximize profitability.
