Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree preferred.
• Experience in a dealership F&I, selling financial services, or auto sales.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Friendly and cooperative with customers.
• Must provide references upon request.

Responsibilities

• Treat every customer in a friendly, professional manner.
• Manage reserve income, F&I product penetrations and per-vehicle retail averages.
• Set up monthly forecasting with the sales department and meet monthly objectives.
• Submit all paperwork to finance sources and finalize deals timely.
• Collect and safeguard all money and fees required in transactions.
• Assist with deal cash flow per Contracts-In-Transit guidelines.
