Job summary

Stivers Kia in Owings Mills, MD seeks a Finance Manager to lead the dealership's F&I operations, present financing and warranty options, and coordinate with lenders to secure funding for vehicle deals.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of automotive F&I experience, strong knowledge of financing, leasing, and insurance products, and excellent communication and negotiation skills to deliver a seamless, compliant customer experience. Competitive compensation offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of automotive finance or dealership F&I management experience.
• Strong knowledge of automotive financing, leasing, and insurance products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Proven track record of meeting performance goals.
• High level of professionalism, integrity and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Present and sell finance, lease, and insurance products to customers in a transparent and professional manner.
• Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions to secure competitive rates.
• Submit deals to lenders and follow up to ensure prompt funding.
• Explain extended warranties, GAP insurance, and other F&I products.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and dealership regulations and procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation for all deals.
• Support sales team to ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Meet or exceed department goals for product penetration, profit, and customer satisfaction.
