Qualifications

• College degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
• Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability
• Well-versed in title laws and registration process
• Professional appearance and excellent verbal/written communication
• Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills
• Preferably at least 2 years experience as an F&I Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assistance to customers to arrange financing.
• Present customers with additional product offerings to enhance their vehicle ownership.
• Ensure sales are structured to maximize profitability.
• Maintain proficiency and certifications required for the position.
• Accurately desk deals, submit deals to lenders, and close deals.
• Ensure every deal complies with local, state and federal guidelines.
• Prepare paperwork, contracts, and delivers deals.
• Audit team deals post-sale and analyze for improvements.
• Guarantee the expeditious funding of all contracts.
