The Kelly Automotive Group is seeking an experienced F&I Business Manager to join our Lynnfield, MA dealership. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of financing and insurance procedures and the ability to present customers with additional product offerings and close deals.

You will structure deals to maximize profitability, ensure compliance, prepare contracts, and deliver a seamless funding process with lenders.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with dealership finance and insurance procedures.
• College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong negotiation and deal structuring skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to stay compliant with state and federal regulations.
• Professional appearance and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assistance to customers to arrange financing and cross-sell products.
• Structure deals for maximum profitability and ensure lender approval.
• Maintain certifications and stay current with requirements.
• Prepare paperwork, contracts, and deliver deals.
• Audit deals post-sale and analyze for improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Guarantee expeditious funding of all contracts.
