Eagle Kia in Riverhead, NY is seeking an experienced F&I Manager to lead the finance team at our location. You will develop your staff and drive lending decisions while delivering exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate brings leadership in finance, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with CDK/Darwin/Route One. This role requires a hands-on leader who coaches for performance and meets location goals.

What You'll Do

As the F&I Manager, you'll lead the finance operation for your location by developing your team and driving business results.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing finance team
• Drive portfolio performance
• Review customer applications and make accurate lending recommendations based on company guidelines
• Monitor key performance metrics and use data to improve results
• Coach employees through customer negotiations and difficult conversations
• Ensure every customer receives exceptional service throughout the lending process
• Maintain compliance with company lending policies
• Partner with Sales and Service leadership to create an outstanding customer experience
• Assist the General Manager in leading daily operations and achieving location goals
• Create a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is a strong leader who enjoys coaching others and making thoughtful business decisions.

Qualifications include:

• Leadership experience in collections, finance, banking, automotive, or consumer lending
• Experience managing or coaching employees toward measurable performance goals
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Confidence making data-driven decisions
• Automotive finance or subprime lending experience is a plus
• CDK experience required
• Darwin and Route One experience preferred
