Bergey's Kia- Colmar, PA seeks an experienced Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to protect gross profit and streamline financing for vehicle sales. You will maintain lender relations and upsell credit products while ensuring compliant paperwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years in the Automotive Industry as an F&I Manager or similar experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Protects gross profit by arranging financing and managing margins.
• Establishes lender relations to keep customers with the dealership.
• Generates income through the sale of credit insurance, service contracts, GAP, and maintenance plans.
• Maintains paperwork and processes finance and lease deals.
• Supervises and trains backup to ensure efficiency and profitability in the F&I manager's absence.
• Coordinates finance forecasting with sales to achieve desired income.
